Is this safe for beginners?
Absolutely! Both Finnish sauna and cold plunge are safe for most people. We provide guidance and protocols for beginners to build tolerance gradually. You'll always be in control of your experience. However, if you have specific health conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor first.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself and a swimsuit! We'll provide clean towels, robes, and all necessary amenities. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during your session.
How long are the sessions?
Session lengths will vary based on your preference and package. Typical sauna sessions range from 15-30 minutes, cold plunges from 2-10 minutes. Contrast therapy sessions may last 45-90 minutes total with multiple rounds.
What's the difference between Finnish sauna and infrared?
Finnish saunas use traditional dry heat (160-195°F) to heat the air around you, creating an authentic sauna experience. Infrared saunas use light to heat your body directly at lower temperatures. We use authentic Finnish saunas for the traditional experience and proven cardiovascular benefits.
How cold is the cold plunge?
Our cold plunge is maintained between 38-45°F. This temperature range is optimal for triggering the beneficial physiological responses while remaining safe. We'll help you work up to longer durations gradually.
Do I need to reserve in advance?
Yes, reservations will be required to ensure availability and provide you with the best experience. Founding members will get priority booking access.
